The Administration and Management of the Society shall vest in the Managing Committee consisting of members including Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer of the Society, all policy matters shall be deliberated in the executive committee meetings and a resolution will be passed before implementation of policies and schemes related to the organisation.
There are three existing school societies registered under Karnataka Society Registration act 1960 namely HAL Education Committee, HAL Public School and Vathsalya HAL School for Special Education in addition to the given below nominated members of the said societies, there are parent representatives and teacher representatives who will be elected by the ordinary members of the Annual General Body. The school societies are functioning as per byelaws and rules of the society.
